The state has gathered a considerable amount of scientifically based research to improve the quality of programs for English learners. We will discuss that data and evidence around scientifically based practices that promote the achievement of English learners at the school level. By increasing their understanding of equity opportunities in English-learner programs, attendees can make better program decisions every year.
